Product Description

The vapor phase soldering system is specially designed for very large and complex products. A product size up to 1.500 mm x 800 mm (59″ x 31,5″) can be soldered in one piece. The system is suitable for production of big backplane pcb´s, LED illumination, flex foils, MID etc. Perfect soldering quality, no overheating, no oxidation is guaranteed because of the physical principles of vapor phase soldering. Very low operating costs and a easy handling and setup of process is a key point of the system.

The VP 1000 is available in two versions

• VP 1000-1080: for a maximum PCB size of 1.000x800mm
