EBSO EZ Cut300/ 300M

The EBSO EasyCut 300 is an economical solution for separation of square or rectangular PCBs. To separate the boards, the panel is passed between the blades on the score line, putting very little to no stress on the boards.

The gap between the blades is  adjustable to the thickness of the boards; the larger the  clearance between blades the lower the stress to the PCBs. The circular blades and guides are made from harden steel to ensure long life.

The EasyCut 300 has two operating speeds, where the lower blade is powered and pulls the PCB between the upper and lower blade along the score line. The operator will manually locate the PCB up to the blades. It is independently transported between the blades and separated.

The adjustments between the upper guide and the lower guide ensure the PCB is fed through the machine in the pre‐scored groove. The EasyCut 300 can separate boards from panels up to 13″ in length.
