The MV8 sTWIN is a two tank combination systems with triple circuit functionality, featuring a fully automatic 3 or 4step process (cleaning, MediumWipe®, rinsing, drying). In addition, the MV8 sTWIN is pre-equipped to integrate extended waste water management systems and are also SmartFactory ready.
AQUBE® MV8 sTWIN cleans two stencils up to 900 x 800 mm (35 “x 32”), making it especially suitable for large-scale manufacturing. While common systems with double capacity have to wait until two stencils are ready for cleaning or until the running cleaning cycle has ended, AQUBE® MV8 sTWIN can start cleaning one stencil immediately and a second one later (sequential) or in parallel.

The NEW kolb AQUBE MV8 sTWIN stencil cleaner has the capacity to clean up to two 900 x 800 (35″ x 32″) stencils, making the system suitable for large-scale manufacturing. Unique to the MV8 sTWIN, the stencils can be cleaned in parallel or sequentially.
